  • Falls: Working near energized lines often involves working at heights, increasing the risk of falls.

Safety Precautions When Working Near Electrical Lines

  1. Know the Location of Power Lines
    • Identify all overhead and underground power lines in the work area.
    • Maintain a safe distance from energized lines.
    • Report any damaged or downed power lines to the appropriate authorities.
