The Ohio BWC SUPR Program
On July 1, 2025, the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation replaced its Drug-Free Safety Program with the Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program. We set up and run your program at every level, from your written policy, testing, employee education and supervisor training to BWC reporting, so you can earn the year-end premium bonus and reimbursements you qualify for.

What areas does The Safety Pro Group serve?

What is the Ohio BWC SUPR Program?
The Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program replaced the Ohio BWC Drug-Free Safety Program on July 1, 2025. It’s a voluntary program that helps employers prevent workplace injuries related to substance use. Employers who meet every Advanced or Basic Level requirement can earn a 7% or 4% year-end premium bonus, and all levels can apply for reimbursement grants for eligible program costs.
Do you provide OSHA 10 and 30 hour training?
Yes. We provide OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour Outreach training. Students who complete the course receive an official Department of Labor OSHA course completion card.
What is included in the Safety Professionals App?
The app includes an E-Learning Center with 80+ courses, employee management, weekly toolbox talk assignments, a Safety Data Sheets archive, policy acknowledgements, and training tracking, all in one online portal.
