Employee Management

The Safety Professionals App includes employee management. When you first decide to use our services, we can easily import your employee roster and get your roster up-to-date. Once your employees are in the system, you can start managing their training, having them view company policies, and even assign E-Learning training sessions to them. Each employee with have a profile where you can find their Live Training, E-Learning tests, and drug tests (if applicable).

Module Functionality

• Easily add and update your employee roster
• View employee profile’s
• View any training and or other records in the system based on that employee
• Have an updated roster for Drug Free Random Selections
• Manage access and settings for each employee (employee status, application access status, personal information, additional employee settings as well for foreman or managers)
• Access to your company roster on any device type (mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer)
