7% Premium Discount Eligibility
Employers participating at the Advanced Level may be eligible for a 7% premium discount as long as they satisfy all of the Advanced Level Requirements. Our Drug Free Safety team will provide your company with online training resources, coordinate streamlined testing, and maintain required documentation to ensure the Advanced Level of participation standards are met.
The specific requirements of the Advanced Level:
- A written substance abuse policy
- Annual Employee education
- Annual Supervisor training
- Drug & Alcohol Testing
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Additional requirements:
- Completion of the Safety Management Self Assessment form
- Accident Analysis training for Supervisors (in addition to annual training)
- Completion of the Safety Action Plan form
- 15% random drug testing of entire workforce
- Online Accident Reporting
- Annual Progress Report
