Policy Acknowledgements

The Safety Pro Group provides a company policy archive for most of our clients. Within your policy archive, you’ll now be able to assign your company policies to your employees and have them acknowledge that they have read and understood those policies.

Module Functionality – Safety Professionals App

• As a Customer Safety Administrator, you will be able to create Policy Group Acknowledgements and assign your policies to your employees for acknowledgement
• Schedule your policy acknowledgments for a future date
• Set email notifications for every policy that is acknowledged, or when all the policies in the group have been acknowledged, or send a reminder notification to your employee who has not completed their acknowledgement
• Manage your Policy Group Acknowledgements
• Once your employee / user has acknowledged the policy, you will also be able to download a copy of that policy as a PDF with the date acknowledged and the employee name stamped on that policy
