Please let us know if your company or testing location needs additional Chain of Custody forms. Notify us if your testing location has changed.
Under the Ohio Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) program (formerly known as the Drug-Free Safety Program or SUR), testing costs are covered through a reimbursement grant.
Less Than 3 months to schedule Substance Free Training
- We have less than 3 months to schedule Substance Free Training, which can be completed live or online.
- If you have not scheduled your training, please contact your Safety Consultant now.
- The Ohio SUPR Program (Substance Use Prevention and Recovery), which replaced the older Drug-Free Safety Program (DFSP) as of July 2025, includes significant funding and grants for drug-free training.
