Weekly Safety Meetings / Toolbox Talk Assignment

The Safety Pro Group provides weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks for our clients. Within your toolbox talk archive, you’ll now be able to assign these weekly safety meetings to your employees and have them complete and confirm that they have read and understood them.

Module Functionality

• Weekly safety meetings / toolbox talks can be an effective method for teaching workers safety awareness and provide the foundation for building a safety culture in your workplace
• Access over 1300 Toolbox Talks online, anytime
• As a Customer Safety Administrator, you will be able to create Toolbox Talk Group Assignments and assign your weekly safety meetings to your employees for completion
• Schedule your toolbox talks assignments for a future date
• Set email notifications for every toolbox talk that is completed, or when all the assignments in the group have been completed, or send a reminder notification to your employee who has not completed their weekly safety meeting
• Manage your Toolbox Talk Group Assignment
• Once your employee / user has completed the toolbox talk, you will also be able to download a copy of that toolbox talk as a PDF with the date completed and the employee name stamped on that toolbox talk
• Downloadable PDF files
• Filter and sort by various different safety topics, year, and quarter distributed
• Access all the Toolbox Talks on any device type (mobile phone, tablet, or desktop computer)
