Why Contractor Prequalification Matters

Your safety program’s compliance can determine whether a client selects your company for the job. Owners in utilities, energy, manufacturing, and construction use these platforms to screen contractors before work begins. Getting and staying compliant:

Lets clients easily review your safety program, training records, and safety statistics

Assures customers that your on-site workers are qualified and will work safely

Streamlines approval, so you’re eligible for more contracts, faster

Keeps you from losing existing work when a client raises its requirements

It depends on how complete your current program is and how quickly you can provide records. Contractors with existing written programs can move fast. Others need programs written first. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after reviewing your account.

A low grade usually means missing or incomplete written programs, unanswered questions, or outdated documents. We identify each deficiency and correct it to raise your grade.
